The beans have the fragrance of bakers chocolate, yellow peach, chamomile, noni, leather, kumquat, slight vanilla, rose water, quinoa

The grounds have the fragrance of white grapefruit, carbon, muscat, eucalyptus, mushroom like of shiitake, arugula, and chicory

The aroma of this coffee is of molasses, juniper berries, mushroom, chicory, wet soil, cocoa powder, black current, white grapefruit peel, and taro

This is a medium body coffee that is well rounded and smooth with a tea like note

This is a high acidity coffee with a delicate juicy tartness.

 

 

The flavors of this coffee are of bell pepper, celery root, blackberry, snow pea, lima bean, chicken, peanut, subtle citrus like of Meyer lemon and a hint of honeydew

Back note of artichoke, and green tea
