The beans have the fragrance of cream, charimoya,dried fig, bakers chocolate, turmeric, chili powder, meat like of lamb, molasses, tamarind, mustard seed, magnolia

The grounds have the fragrance of rosemary, coriander, cedar, toasted walnut, pomegranate, caraway, and clove

The aroma of this coffee is of chicory, malt, daikon, chayote, pistachio

This is a medium body coffee what is smooth, well rounded but is tea like in fell

This is a medium acidity coffee with a quick bright juicy hit at first but falls off very fast.

 

The flavors of this coffee are of Kaffir Lime, malt, hickory, marion berry, cane sugar, olive, sage, toast, cashew, grassy, oolong tea, salt, and celery

The grounds have the fragrance of lavender, strawberry, peach, cream, nutmeg, Mayer lemon, Hawaiian papaya, orange blossom

The aroma of this coffee is of raspberry, orange, lavender, pine nuts, mango, maple syrup, faint hint of mint, a very slight hint of eucalyptus.

This is a full body coffee with a velvety coating and a smooth round fell.

This is a high acidity coffee that is well structured, complex and juicy. It is very bright and a muted tartness.

The flavors of the coffee are of Eureka Lemon, blueberry, cream, ricotta cheese, manilla mango, mint, lavender, dill, white pepper, aloe, noni, charimoya, parsnip, dried apricot, cocoa nibs, and vanilla
