The aroma of the beans are of coconut, blackberry, mint, chocolate, and floral notes. 

The grounds have the aroma of orange, mango, berries, banana, cucumber, lemon, and hibiscus. 

At the crack this coffee has the aroma of chocolate, molasses, carmel, roses, walnuts or garbanzo. 

This is a high acidity mellow full body coffee. 

The flavors of this coffee are of lemon or white grapefruit, vanilla, paprika, clove, all spice, hops, green tea, snow peas, and tomato. 

The back notes of this coffee are of mango or papaya.

The beans have a sweet fruit aroma like of plum, peach, sweet lemon, berry notes, and coffee blossom. 

The grounds have some unique aromas like of persimmon, longon, but also plum, nectarine, honey, jasmine, orange, sugar and blueberry.

At the crack the aroma is of butter, earth tones, ashy, saffron, and tea

This is a medium to high acidity coffee that is full body with flavors through out. 

The flavors of this coffee are of currents, orange or mandarin, peach, apricot, jasmine, hops, caramel, pineapple, thyme, plum and the back notes are of pine, vanilla and juniper berries.
