This is a high acidity, full body coffee with flavors all the way through your pallet

 

The aroma of the beans are of plum, tomato, bell pepper, and paprika. 

The grounds have the aroma of peach or nectarine, clove, butter, pear, coriander, and a slight hint of chocolate. 

At the crack the aroma of this coffee is of apple, caramel, chocolate, cantaloupe, and apricot. 

 

The flavors of this coffee are of red grapefruit, pomegranate, oolong tea, yellow nectarine, brazil nuts, pine, brown rice, and snow peas. 

The back notes of this coffee are of orange and watermelon.

origin: Guatemala, Antigua
varietal: Bourbon, Caturra
elevation: 1500 - 1800 meters

process:  Washed

 

This is a medium body and medium acidity coffee. 

The aroma of the beans are of citrus, caramel, and fat. 

The grounds have the aroma of white grapefruit, coriander, thyme, pear, and basil. 

 

At the crack the aroma of this coffee is of currant, all spice, honey, citrus, and chamomile.

 

The flavors of this coffee are of white grapefruit, lemon, mint, onion, cedar, Asian pear, and tobacco. The back notes of this coffee are of parsley and pistachio. 

The beans where inconsistent in size, and roast along with about a dozen bad beans.
