This is a full-bodied coffee that is syrupy finishing with a velvety and sticky mouth-feel

Acidity

This is a tart acidity in aroma and taste that is juicy and highly acidic finishing with a dry taste

Flavor

The flavors of this coffee are of bakers chocolate, lemon verbena, gray salt, plum, vanillin, milo wood, nugget, grains of paradise, honeycomb, strawberry jam, plum, black apple, Cara Cara orange, tart cherry, bell pepper, baked cranberry, dried strawberry, rose hips, rye and concord grape

As it cools notes of caramel and nori develop with a dry and very unpleasant finish that is dry and has a taste of mold and moss
