The beans have the fragrance of bakers chocolate, carbon, saffron, baked raisin, ash, black apple, posted hibiscus, sassafras root, bell pepper, long pepper, roasted peanut shell, cedar, and nori

The grounds have the fragrance of  cream, magnolia, dark chocolate, cedar, baked cinnamon, long pepper, black apple, roasted peanut shell, golden raisin, papaya, and lilac

 

CUPPING

The aroma is of date, cocoa powder, black apple, roasted peanut shell, golden raisin, sandalwood, sassafras root, carbon, long pepper and magnolia

This is a medium body coffee that is creamy and smooth with a velvety texture

This is a low acidity coffee with a juicy and delicate with a muted and dry finish

Flavor 

the flavors of this coffee are of black apple, sandalwood, bosk pear, cocoa powder, date, hibiscus, sassafras root, dried navel orange, lilac, caramel, musk and yellow cherry

As it cools notes of chocolate and orange blossom develop

 

 

This coffee is over roasted making it muted and musky
