The beans have the fragrance of malt, nougat, fuyu persimmon, Persian cucumber, bergamot, vanilla, saffron, golden kiwi, longan, bittersweet chocolate, blood orange peel, mountain apple, coconut husk and cane sugar

The grounds have the fragrance of tart cherry, lamb, mission fig, cane sugar, coca powder, dried white pineapple, coriander, summer savory, bergamot, musk, swiss cheese, lard, Mexican papaya, sapodilla and burro banana

The aroma of this coffee is of raisin, tamarind, chicory, chocolate ganache, thyme, vanilla, rambutan, Mexican papaya, chamomile, mango, dried pineapple and hazelnut

This is a well balanced coffee with a smooth and round body that is well developed and has full character

This is a medium high acidity coffee that has a lingering juicy and delicate brightness to this like eating a lychee

 

The flavors of this coffee are of yeast, Saturn peach, sapodilla , fuyu persimmon, rambutan, Mexican papaya, saffron, chamomile, dark chocolate, grilled Meyer lemon, Persian cucumber, cane, cherimoya, molasses, and cream
