The beans have the fragrance of milk chocolate, cream, cracked ginger, sage, chi, black current, vanilla, mellon like of honeydew, caramel, lemon grass, and rose hips

The grounds have the fragrance of brown sugar, carrot, clay, carbon, black radish, white pepper, turmeric, leather, moss, coriander  and white vinegar

The aroma of this coffee is of yucca flower, soil, coca powder, kumquat, mushroom, toasted sesame seeds, olive, and iodized salt

This is a full bodied coffee that is chewy with a creamy tea like coating that is almost velvety

This is a high acidity coffee that is vibrant, dense, lingering with a dirty muted quick ending

 

the flavor of this coffee is of menthol tobacco, mushroom, soil, bakers chocolate, red prickly pear, black tea, blood orange, burnt brown sugar, cumin, iodized salt and sage
