The beans have the fragrance of mushroom like of Enoki, strawberry, blueberry, peach blossom, milk chocolate, cedar, pink salt, slight hints of mint and lavender

The grounds have the fragrance of blood orange, yellow nectarine, chicory, cream of tarter, oregano, clay, leather, pistachio, taro, and kambu

The aroma of this coffee is of chicory, noni, smoked oyster, pepper like of  smoked ancho, hickory, molasses, tomato paste, bakers chocolate, and leather

This is a full body coffee that is bug in depth, well rounded, and have a smooth coating

This is a high acidity coffee that is balanced, juicy, dirty and lingering



The flavors of this coffee are of white grapefruit, smoke, orange pith, endive, sugar cane, white pepper, saffron, taro, green papaya, and asparagus
