The beans have the fragrance of nougat, oat, what, cashew, magnolia, cherimoya, cream, milk chocolate, coffee blossom, with a hint of vanilla and kiwi

The grounds have the fragrance of soy sauce, arugula, bell pepper, leek, chipotle, lemon peel, bitter sweet chocolate, sun fired tomato, wet cedar, and parsley

The aroma is of walnut, chicory, bell pepper, cucumber, leather, curry, red apple, yeast, and bakers chocolate

This is a medium body coffee that is smooth but tea like and watery with no roundness

This is a high quick, dirty, sharp and tart acidity coffee

 

The flavors of this coffee are of Asian pear, apple like of Arkansas Black, green olive, pecan, hops, pomelo, cedar, fermented pomegranate, white sage, bay leaf, and cucumber

Back note of squash and watermelon peel
