The beans have the fragrance of cumin, cinnamon, chicory, bakers chocolate, berry like of blackberry, mellon like of sun mellon, floral notes like of magnolia and orange blossom, soy sauce and allspice

The grounds have the fragrance of tart cherry, red grapefruit, coriander, cracked ginger, jasmine, lotus, curry, papaya, goat cheese, tomato paste

The aroma is of cauliflower, wet wood like of cedar, molasses, soil, ginger, pickle, coconut husk, cola, burnt nut like of almond, and balsamic vinegar

The body of this coffee is heavy and has a syrupy coating that is silky and creamy

This is a high acidity coffee that is lingering, juicy, pointed and crisp

 

The flavors of this coffee are of allspice, white grape, star fruit, kumquat, lime, cane sugar, chipotle, toasted sesame seeds, coca nibs, cardamom, pistachio, turmeric, bell pepper, and saffron
