The beans have a fragrance of candied pecans, green apple, hopes, bakers chocolate, kaffir lime, dill, mushroom, yucca blossom, brown sugar, yeast, lychee, kiwi and plumeria 

The grounds have the fragrance of mango, white grapefruit, curry, bay leaf, cucumber, pink salt, green apple, fig, bottle brush, calimodian, almond, metallic like of brass

The aroma id of tobacco, squash blossom, leather, tomato, green apple, hazelnut, molasses, tame ring, manila mango, and wheat

The body of this coffee is a medium consistency that is smooth, round, full but also watery

This is a high acidity that is bright, juicy and clean

 

The flavors of this coffee are of cream, tamarind, sage, kumquat, Macadamia nut, yucca root, tobacco, ginger, longan, carrot, brocolini, slight hint of guava, and cane sugar

Back note of long pepper, and juniper berry with a slight hint of green tea
