The grounds have the fragrance of toast, bakers chocolate, black current, damp wood, anise, tomato, tamarind, cranberry, pistachio, and  lemon grass

The aroma of this coffee is of maple syrup, cream, black currents, sundried tomato, meat like of beef

This is a medium body coffee that is syrupy, juicy, and has a chewy coating on your mouth but is a dry lingering fell on your throat

This is a high acidity that is juicy, deep, lingering, and tart


The flavors of this coffee are of tart lemon, orange blossom, tart cherry, cedar, white pepper, raspberry, brown sugar, bell pepper, pecan, smoked paprika, soy sauce, sage, and pickled ginger
