The beans have the fragrance of leather, bakers chocolate, sundried tomato, hay, mushroom like of beach or oyster, carbon, toast, grassy, faint hint of long pepper and brown sugar

The grounds have the fragrance of sower citrus like pomelo, kale, hickory, iodized salt, meat like of beef, soy sauce, and chamomile

The aroma of this coffee is of tar, yeast, mushroom like of portobello, moss or wet earth

The body of this coffee is light with a watery tea like fell.

This is a medium acidity coffee with a sharp dirty taste of ash that lingers 

 

The flavors of this coffee are of green tea, arugula, lard, potato, coriander, smoke, slight hint of blackberry and orange but fades fast.
