The fragrance of the beans are of bittersweet chocolate, tangerine, apricot, black current, eucalyptus, pine nuts, tomato, clove, strawberry, coffee blossom, Demerara sugar

The grounds have the fragrance of Eureka lemon, soy sauce, barley, bing cherry, bottle brush, sage, and green tea

The aroma of this coffee is of leather, licorice, earl gray tea, olive, tobacco, hickory, and chocolate powder

This is a full body coffee with a nice round crisp texture.

This is a high acidity with tart and bright mouth fell.

 

The flavors of this coffee are of red grapefruit, mango, coriander, thyme, cedar, prune, mint, mountain apple, chamomile, Saffron, bell pepper, hibiscus, lavender, grape leaf, and feta cheese.
