The beans have the fragrance of marion berry, raspberry, strawberry, cream, lemon peel, almond milk, jasmine, peach blossom, lemon grass, cocoa nibs, tomato, and cilantro

The grounds have the fragrance of bakers chocolate, thyme, lemon juice, wheat, oak, black grape and leather

The aroma of this coffee is of molasses, damp wood, soil, curry, cinnamon, mushroom, sour cream, mint, and chamomile

This is a medium bodied coffee that is lacking depth and character but is rounded with a sooth mouth fill

This is a high acidity coffee that is dry with a lingering dull tartness

 

The flavors of this coffee are of lime, cane sugar, saffron, onyx chocolate, Arkansas black apple, clay, cumin, black salt, hickory, yeast, adobo, red grape, and soy
