The beans have the fragrance of red current, cocoa powder, red grapefruit peel, lemon grass, yellow peach, tobacco, Sichuan pepper, summer savory, cumin and  red prickly pear

The grounds have the fragrance of chard beef, hard boiled egg, celery, gram cracker, curry, green grape, white wine vinegar, and adobo

The aroma of this coffee is of bakers chocolate, molasses, blue corn, caramel apple, cranberry, and black grape

This is a weak body coffee that is very watery and soft with no depth

This is a medium acidity coffee that is juicy, with a dry lingering lemon grass feel

The flavors of this coffee are of summer savory, asparagus, cranberry molasses, coca powder, peanut powder, cinnamon, lemon peel, soil, and faint hint of clove
