This medium - light roasted coffee has a bright full body with flavors through out the cup. The acidity is medium to high.

The aroma of this coffee is of fruit like summer berries, floral notes like that of lily and coffee blossom, with cedar and vanilla.

The flavors are of citrus like lemon, sweet peppers, tomato, bakers chocolate, pecan; there are also hints of earth tones like celery or carrot with a oh so very slight back not of wasabi.
