The beans have the fragrance of jasmine, honey, fig, carmel, sweet lemon, milk chocolate, lavender, hibiscus, and vanilla

The grounds have the fragrance of fig, tangerine, rose, papaya, jasmine,  pear, paprika, bay leaf, thyme, and bakers chocolate

The aroma of this coffee is of musk, leather, damp earth, bakers chocolate, cumin, oregano, and green tea

The body of the coffee is full with a smooth feel

This is a medium acidity coffee and is complex


The flavor of this coffee is of black currents, grape,dried figs, coffee blossom, hickory, dark Chocolate, malt, cream, oregano, clove, mustard seed, and dill
