The fragrance of the beans are of honeydew, honeycomb, lime, cracked ginger, tangerine, lemon verbena, fresh tobacco, Hawaiian sandalwood, hibiscus, cactus pear juice, plum, loquat, burnt dough, grilled apricot, malt, cherry blossom, and yellow apple.

The grounds have the fragrance of malt, tangerine, dried mango, dried strawberry, honey comb, vanillin, maple flakes, leather, lemon verbena, sage, plum, bottle brush, Crenshaw melon, ink, raw cane sugar, purple heart wood, and salt water

The aroma is of malt, honeydew, dried strawberry, grilled watermelon, golden raisin, maple flakes, sandalwood, cactus pear juice, kumquat, tangerine, baked peach, raw sugar cane, cherry blossom, leather, sassafras root, dragons blood, pyrite, and finger lime

Body

This is a medium-low bodied coffee that is lacy with a tea-like consistency that is chewy and slightly rough

Acidity

This is a medium acidity coffee with a baked apple-like taste with a metallic back

Flavor

The flavor of this coffee is of clay, honeycomb, baked black apple, cactus leaf, dragons blood, pyrite, pickled watermelon, rubbed sage, lemon verbena, malt, honeydew, fermented plum, dried strawberry, loquat, fresh tobacco, leather, sassafras root, cherry blossom, acorn squash, and toasted oolong tea

As it cools notes of sour melon, and fermented milk develop with an astringent and lingering back of ash


Espresso

The aroma of the shot is of elderflower, marionberry, cocoa powder, bottle brush, rose hips, and malt

The body is heavy and smooth with a chewy and sticky coating

The acidity is medium-high with a lingering dry and ashy feel

The flavors of the shot are of bakers chocolate, malt, oak, raisin, pomelo, sassafrass root, magnolia, plum, and a blood orange back

The aroma is of golden raisin, bakers chocolate, red apple, cream, bay leaf, clove, sandalwood, prune, lemon, black cardamom, amaranth, saffron, rye, chia, bing cherry, stewed cranberry, plantain, wormwood root, yogurt, plumeria, and chili adobo

Body

This is a medium-low bodied coffee that is creamy with a velvety feeling but is also teal-like consistency

Acidity

This is a quick and clean acidity coffee that is juicy and has a lingering dirty back

Flavor

The flavors of this coffee are of licorice root, lilac, bakers chocolate, mole, plum, white cranberry, red apple, malt, bosc pear, oolong tea, chia, rye, clay, black cardamom, Spanish moss, raw hazelnut, stewed red currant, camomile, tangerine, coffee cherry, roasted bell pepper, sumac, and wormwood.

As it cools notes of cedar and lemon develop making this tart and astringent


Clever Dripper

The aroma is of leather, bakers chocolate, soy, walnut, and toasted marshmallows

The body is much fuller and is still creamy and has a velvety mouthfeel

The Acidity is bright and tart with a clean and lingering citrus note

The flavors are of tangerine, plum, baked cranberry, tobacco, wormwood, black cardamom, split amaranth, soy sauce, tomato paste, chili adobo, and walnut.
