Aroma

This is a full bodied coffee that is velvety and creamy with a lingering coating that is sticky

Acidity

This is a medium-high acidity coffee that is dry and tart like green apple tapering to a sweet finish like of cane sugar

Flavor

The flavors of this coffee are of red banana, cashew, tobacco, bing cherry, marionberry, mangosteen, all spice, dried cranberry, burlap, apricot, black currant, cocoa nib, plum, cream, ponzu, vanillin, cane sugar, sassafras root, rose hips, black tea, chili adobo, tahinni, acorn squash, pinion, and wormwood

As it cools notes of candied tangerine peel, marshmallow, develop along with notes of raspberry, strawberry, orchid and hibiscus rounding out this coffee

The aroma is of sun dried tomato, bell pepper, cane sugar, mango, black tea, blackberry, walnut, pomegranate, all spice and tobacco

The flavor is smoky at first with notes of burnt wheat, black cardamom, onyx chocolate, once that subdues notes of raspberry, pink grapefruit, dried blackberry, white cranberry, cinnamon, walnut, oolong tea, tobacco, grilled peach, prune, bottle brush, And finishes with a caramel-like taste in the back.
