The fragrance of the beans are of baked strawberry, cocoa nib, allspice, malt, dried mint, fresh tobacco, gooseberry, blackberry jam, pomegranate molasses, Blueberry, cardamom, hibiscus, plum rose, strawberry papaya, golden kiwi, birch wood, mango, Crenshaw Mellon, cinnamon, and blanched hazelnut

The grounds have the fragrance of rhubarb, baked strawberry, cocoa nib, fresh tobacco, gooseberry, blackberry, pomegranate Blueberry, hibiscus, strawberry papaya, soil, toasted hazelnut, pink lemon, watermelon rind, winter savory, golden raisin, bing cheery, and honey comb


CUPPING

The aroma is of rhubarb, stewed strawberry, cocoa powder, blackberry jam, pomegranate Blueberry, hibiscus, strawberry papaya, soil, blood orange, barley, toasted walnut, damp wood, watermelon rind, winter savory, golden raisin, and peach

This is a full-bodied coffee that is thick with a sticky and syrupy feel and finishes with an Effervescent feel

This coffee has a mild acidity that is delicate with an astringent and lingering balance that finishes like a dry lingering feel

The flavor is of pink lemon, strawberry papaya, peach blossom, rose water, black cardamom, fresh tobacco, white asparagus, blackberry, kumquat marmalade, pickled rhubarb, honeycomb, golden watermelon, cocoa powder, pomegranate molasses, hazelnut, pluot, and black currant.

As it cools notes of curdled almond milk and chicory and white grape


Fellow Dripper XL

The aroma is of raspberry, blueberry, hibiscus, strawberry, pomegranate juice, care Cara orange, almond, meat-like, and white miso

The body is weak and almost tea-like with a silky lase feel

The acidity is not apparent in the cup and if so is so mild that hardly noticeable

The flavors of the cup are vanillin, oak, baked strawberry, blackberry, back cardamom, sumac, blood orange, black tea, chicory, tobacco, cocoa powder, and soil

can not recommend this coffee on the brewer

CUPPING

The aroma is of plum, cane sugar, bing cherry, rosehip, cocoa nib, black tea, soil, loquat, Caracara orange, peach blossom, noni, strawberry, golden apple, almond flour, grilled lemon, and apricot jam

This is a light body coffee that is silky with a tea-like feel but finishes with a sticky syrupy tone

This is a mild acidity that is bright at first like citrus and finishes with a lingering malic like feel of apple

The flavors of this coffee are grilled peach, clove, plum, loquat, bell pepper, burlap, sumac, black tea, blanched almond, blueberry, noni, cocoa powder, grilled Meyer lemon, golden apple, red currant, white grape, Crenshaw Mellon, and breadfruit

As it cools notes of strawberry, cream, and alder develop with a subtle smoky note

The aroma cane sugar, dried cherry, magnolia, cocoa nib, loquat, Caracara orange, peach blossom, noni, raspberry, bell pepper, and gooseberry

The Body is a tea-like feel with a white wine like consistency

The acidity is low with a sweet dried fruit-forward that is sweet at first and finishes with a lingering orange blossom feel

The flavors of the cup raspberry, goji, strawberry, cherry blossom, plum, loquat, nougat, black tea, blueberry, noni, cocoa powder, Meyer lemon, golden apple, white grape, Crenshaw Mellon, yellow tea, apricot, and caramel.
