The Fragrance of the beans are of bakers chocolate, burlap, black currant, rosehip, roasted black walnut shell, allspice, plum, strawberry, bell pepper, loquat, yeast, plumeria, Caracara orange, noni, black tea, white grape, nugget, and hemp seed

The grounds have the fragrance of red currant, bing cherry, allspice, Aleppo pepper, hibiscus, bakers chocolate, strawberry, black tea, red apple, corn, Caracara orange, grilled nectarine, light brown sugar, white grape, burlap, and red clay


CUPPING

The aroma is of plum, cane sugar, bing cherry, rosehip, cocoa nib, black tea, soil, loquat, Caracara orange, peach blossom, noni, strawberry, golden apple, almond flour, grilled lemon, and apricot jam

This is a light body coffee that is silky with a tea-like feel but finishes with a sticky syrupy tone

This is a mild acidity that is bright at first like citrus and finishes with a lingering malic like feel of apple

The flavors of this coffee are grilled peach, clove, plum, loquat, bell pepper, burlap, sumac, black tea, blanched almond, blueberry, noni, cocoa powder, grilled Meyer lemon, golden apple, red currant, white grape, Crenshaw Mellon, and breadfruit

As it cools notes of strawberry, cream, and alder develop with a subtle smoky note

The aroma cane sugar, dried cherry, magnolia, cocoa nib, loquat, Caracara orange, peach blossom, noni, raspberry, bell pepper, and gooseberry

The Body is a tea-like feel with a white wine like consistency

The acidity is low with a sweet dried fruit-forward that is sweet at first and finishes with a lingering orange blossom feel

The flavors of the cup raspberry, goji, strawberry, cherry blossom, plum, loquat, nougat, black tea, blueberry, noni, cocoa powder, Meyer lemon, golden apple, white grape, Crenshaw Mellon, yellow tea, apricot, and caramel.

The grounds have the Fragrance of medicinal, Unix cocoa powder, blood orange, turnip, mangosteen, bergamot, goji, indigo, hibiscus, birch, bourbon, plum, moss, allspice, dried strawberry, and black tea


CUPPING

The aroma is of cocoa nib, prune, blood orange, caramel, alfalfa, clay, goji, dried strawberry, mangosteen, burlap, potato, cream, cinnamon, turmeric, bergamot, magnolia, sugar cane, graham cracker, and black apple

This is a heavy body coffee that is thick and sticks with a chewy finish

This is a highly acidic coffee that is tart and bright with a lingering dirty finish.

This coffee has the flavors of red grapefruit, star fruit, mangosteen, dutch process cocoa powder, pickled grape leaf, watermelon rind, caramel, prune, white cranberry, rhubarb, finger limes, grill plantains, baked black apple, cinnamon, cedar, calamondin marmalade, and ginger

As it cools notes of cascara, and marshmallow fluff develop along with the red grapefruit extenuated


Fellow Brewer XL

The aroma is of toasted black walnut, coca nib, silvertip green tea, bergamot, burlap, pea, preserved lime, rose hips, and allspice

The body is medium with a thick and velvety mouthfeel and tapers to a thick viscosity in the back

The acidity is mild with it mellowed out from cupping and muted

The flavors are of grilled lemon, cocoa powder, plum, peach blossom, grape leaf, rosehip, black apple, roasted black walnut, blood orange, concord grape, cracked ginger, cascara, rhubarb, and raspberry jam
