The beans have the fragrance of summer savory, golden raisin, toffee, bergamot, maple syrup, plum, sour lemon, muted cinnamon, magnolia, tamarind, sun dries tomato, basmati rice and turmeric 

The grounds have the fragrance of prune, raisin, caramel, brown rice, bergamot, bottle brush, pink salt, malt, cinnamon, ground turmeric, ground cumin, and hot chocolate 

The aroma of this coffee is of crimson raisin, milling spice, all spice, prune, caramel, lemon verbena, dried apple, magnolia, chipotle, and bergamot

This is a full body coffee with a big syrupy fell that is structured and velvety with a slight round back

This is a medium - high acidity with a bright crisp forward that quickly dissipates to a clean delicateness

 

The flavors of this cup are of tart red apple, caramel, basmati rice, fennel, bergamot, Eureka lemon, all spice, turmeric, cumin, magnolia, sun dried tomato, white pepper, black tea, cedar, white cranberry, and 

As it cools a milk and green tea come out along with fennel, dill, and wheat grass

The aroma of this cup is of burnt sugar, raspberry, blood orange, gooseberry, papaya, rhubarb, milk chocolate, walnut, dried Mandarin

This is a full body coffee with a creamy mouthful that is smooth and chewy

This is a high acidity with a tart juicy complexity and a structured clean cup

 

The flavor of this coffee is of key lime, raspberry, Mexican papaya, red current, gooseberry, dark chocolate, black walnut, blood orange, red grapefruit, dill, sour cream, calimodian, longon, grilled lemon

As it cools calimodian and red current are more developed along with key lime jelly
