The beans have the fragrance of blueberry jam, summer savory, peach blossom, cane sugar, pineapple, bergamot, saffron, Meyer lemon cured, chamomile, faint note of tobacco, marionberry, blood orange, dried black currant, noni, and a delicate hint of dried apricot

The grounds have the fragrance of blackberry, purple carrot, black grape, bergamot, blood orange, Eureka lemon, white grapefruit, noni, cumin, pine wood, tomatillo, dried pineapple, dried blueberry, almond, coca nibs, and peaches with cream

The aroma of this coffee is of dried blueberry, blackberry, almond, black grape, brown sugar, bergamot, lemon grass, raspberry, lemon curd, pine sap, noni, burlap, and damp soil

This is a medium body coffee that has a smooth and chewy coating but is reminiscent of a black tea like consistency that has a dry after note

This is a medium high acidity with a dry juicy complexity that is vibrant, delicate and has a clean structure

 

The flavors of this coffee are of brown sugar, blueberry, soil, blood orange, bergamot, almond, coca powder, Meyer lemon, noni, summer savory, pink salt, brown rice, green grape, coffee cherry, raspberry and a delicate note of tobacco 

As it cools the berry notes become more muted and the citrus is more vibrant along with earthy notes of soil, pine nut, and black tea powder

The grounds have the fragrance of chocolate curls,tart cherry, leather, magnolia, ponzu sauce, cedar, suffer, swiss cheese, tarragon, oregano, paprika, vanillin, chocolate basil, and burnt sugar

The aroma of this coffee is of soil, spearmint, vanillin, clove, cedar, all spice, bittersweet chocolate, leather, cashew, and ponzu sauce

This is a light body coffee that is slick and watery with a almond water to tea like consistency

This is a medium acidity coffee that is wild with a juicy and crisp citrus back bone but has a dry, muted and dirty end that lingers

 

The flavors of tis coffee are of chai, all spice, vanillin, bittersweet chocolate, leather, cashew butter,  burnt sugar, tarragon, buckwheat, soil, orange blossom

As it cools the orange blossom and turmeric comes through along with almond
