The beans have the fragrance of green cabbage, cirrus peel like of tangerine, dill, bakers chocolate, tomato, blanched almond, slight hint of mint, oak, and green papaya

The grounds have the fragrance of asparagus, pine nut, cane sugar, tofu, fennel, white grapefruit peel, oregano, and toast

the aroma is of asparagus, caramel, bakers chocolate, yeast, molasses, red apple, hazelnut, and a muted orange

This is a full body coffee that is smooth, and has a well rounded velvety mouth feel

This is a high bright acidity that is sharp, clean, juicy and dry

 

The flavors of this coffee are of asparagus, walnut, red current, cranberry, Eureka lemon, star fruit, coca nibs, leather, toasted pine nut, white pepper, manilla mango, and baking soda

The back note is of coriander, meat like of smoked salmon, and thyme

The aroma is of cauliflower, wet wood like of cedar, molasses, soil, ginger, pickle, coconut husk, cola, burnt nut like of almond, and balsamic vinegar

The body of this coffee is heavy and has a syrupy coating that is silky and creamy
