This is a low acidity coffee with the body not fully there. 

 

The aroma was unique with the grounds having meat notes, earth notes like of mushrooms and smoke.  

At the crack it had the aroma of meat, mint, tobacco, and cantaloupe. 

 

The flavors of this coffee are of earth notes like crimini mushrooms, tobacco, with back a note of milk chocolate and a very slight floral note.

 

This coffee was supersizing with the flavors and the range in aromas.

This is an medium -  light roasted organic full body coffee with the flavors through out you pallet. It is a high acidity coffee.

The aroma is of citrus like of key lime or citron, malt, and molasses. 

The flavors of this coffee are citrus more to the key lime, dark chocolate with back notes of roses and a very slight hint of mint rounding it off.
