The beans have the fragrance of toffee, peanut butter, navel orange, lilac, bottle brush, vanilla, lemon curd, dragon fruit, muted camomile, demerara sugar, sun mellon, lemon grass, honey suckle, and bergamot

The grounds have the fragrance of cranberry, black walnut, dragon fruit, lemon grass, demerara sugar, coca nibs, ash, cedar, black cardamom, bottle brush, lemon zest, oat, chia, leather, and tangerine

The aroma of this coffee is of lemon grass, bottle brush, tangerine, almond butter, yeast, cantaloupe, dragon fruit, coca powder, cane sugar, orange blossom, and tannin

This is a medium body coffee that has a smooth creamy moth fell and is well rounded tapering to a slick velvety constancy

This is a medium - high acidity coffee that has a vibrant forward with a well structured, clean, juicy complexity


The flavors of this coffee are of golden apple, honey suckle, walnut, ash, bottle brush, orange blossom, tangerine, coca powder, lemon grass, coffee cherry, dragon fruit, gooseberry, lemon curd,  and honeydew

As it cools the coffee mellows out and the coffee cherry becomes muted and black cardamom, tannin, coca powder along with demerara sugar come through more
