The beans have the fragrance of almond, dill, sage, bottle brush, milk chocolate, hazelnut, bell pepper, cream, green apple, yeast, chicory, tamarind and damp wood

The grounds have the fragrance is sour and of Eureka lemon, calimodian, cocoa powder, sun dried tomato, swiss cheese, dried blueberry, and star fruit

The aroma is of chicory, toasted almonds, green bean, barley, molasses, tamarind, and smoked paprika 

This is a light body coffee that is watery and juicy. This coffee lacks depth and complexity

This is a low acidity coffee that is dirty, juicy, muted, and unbalanced

 

The flavors of this coffee are of bosk pear, caramel, black tea, mushroom, tobacco, cocoa nibs, yeast, dill, toasted hazelnut, oak, and red apple like of crab apple
