The aroma is of soil, tobacco, blackberry, plantain, milo wood, plum, leather, pinyon, cherimoya, papaya, sundried tomato, yeast, cocoa powder, chai, milk powder, blood orange peel, chicory, yellow tea, red currant, cranberry, and dragons blood

Body

This is a full-bodied coffee that is creamy and velvety with a lingering syrupy texture that is thick

Acidity

This is a high acidity coffee that has a tart forward of citrus and continues throughout from tart berry

Flavor

The flavor is of blood orange, raspberry, gooseberry, cream, allspice, hot honey, burro banana, cherimoya, sapote, plum, dried mango, tobacco, dried blackberry, hibiscus, leather, sundried tomato, ponzu, yeast, hops, dutch process cocoa powder, chai, habanero flesh, cranberry, vanillin, orchid, milk powder, and cracked ginger

As it cools notes of red grape, plum, and bottle brush develop along with a more concentrated berry note like of strawberry and blackberry mix

The body is weak with a tea-like consistency and lacks depth

The acidity is none existent

The aroma is of bell pepper, soy sauce, plum, burlap, all spice, mangosteen, peach blossom, dried cherry, black tea, tobacco, tamarind, wheat germ, and cocoa nib

This is a full bodied coffee that is velvety and creamy with a lingering coating that is sticky

Acidity

This is a medium-high acidity coffee that is dry and tart like green apple tapering to a sweet finish like of cane sugar

Flavor

The flavors of this coffee are of red banana, cashew, tobacco, bing cherry, marionberry, mangosteen, all spice, dried cranberry, burlap, apricot, black currant, cocoa nib, plum, cream, ponzu, vanillin, cane sugar, sassafras root, rose hips, black tea, chili adobo, tahinni, acorn squash, pinion, and wormwood

As it cools notes of candied tangerine peel, marshmallow, develop along with notes of raspberry, strawberry, orchid and hibiscus rounding out this coffee


Asobu Poor Over

The aroma is of sun dried tomato, bell pepper, cane sugar, mango, black tea, blackberry, walnut, pomegranate, all spice and tobacco

The body is lowered some and smooth with a slight tea-like feel

The acidity is high with an astringent tartness and a lingering dry back

The flavors of this cup are of cream, tobacco, almond butter, gooseberry, banana, alfalfa, all spie, fried parsley, black tea, uizu, bottle brush, orchid, rose hips, and clay
