Opening the weekend of the 8th 2020, Down Dog Coffee Roasters owned by Redlands Firefighter Dustin

The cafe / Store is not a traditional cafe in any way and will not be! They serve only Dripp, Poor Over, and Espresso drinks (latte, americano and )

They do have three tables that are attached to the wall along with a bar-style counter that has three to four chairs. The tables are made of birch wood with one or two shelves on top with plants on them.

In the corner is there coffee offerings that are usually 4 - 6 offerings only along with shirts and growlers for cold brew.

In the back is where the magic happens,

They are using a Mill City coffee roaster that can hold up to 22 pounds.
