Morning Rooster

1 1/2 oz Tequila Reposado

1/2 oz . Coffee Liqueur

8 oz. Coffee

2 tbsp. Agave Nectar

1 c. Heavy Cream

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Garnish : Grated Nutmeg

Combine Agave Nectar, Heavy Cream and Vanilla Extract in a bowl and stir until firm.

Combine Tequila, coffee Liqueur, and coffee in a cup

Top with cream, Garnish with Grated Nutmeg

Bronx Bomber

2 shots cold espresso

1/8 oz or 1 tsp absinthe

1 1/2 oz or 45 ml gin

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass.

The Truffle

30 ml Frangelico

30 ml vodka

30 ml cold espresso

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass.

Morning Glory

Cocktail created by mixologist,

2 oz. SKYY Infusions Coconut.

5 oz. espresso.

5 oz. coffee heering.

5 oz. Carolan's Irish Cream

Jamaican blue coffee grain

Pour all ingredients into a shaker and stir. Pour into a cocktail glass and sprinkle Jamaican blue coffee grain on top.

Espresso Summer Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce espresso (chilled)

  • 1 1/2 ounce gin

  • 3-4 blackberries

  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup

  • 1/2 ounce orange juice

Directions

Muddle the blackberries in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add the remaining ingredients with ice and shake very well. Strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange wheel and a blackberry.
