This was brewed on a kalita wave and a curtus poor over

 

 

 

The aroma is of cream or mashmellow, coriander, burlap, clove stem, bay leaf, black lime, sumac, 

The body is medium with with a thick mouth feel that is juicy and a slight watery but is a good way that rounds out this cup.

The acidity is mellow with a bright citrus forword like of lemon that quickly tapers off leaving a dry astringent dirty note

The flavors of this cup are of dried white pineapple, white cranberry, marrionberry, blood orange, chervil, rye, garbanzo bean, tobacco, molasses, raisin, dehydrated green apple, Dragons Blood and rue

 

As it cools notes of citrus are forword like of black lime along with cocoa nib, cranberry, back cardamom,

The aroma of this cup is of dried coffee blossom, mountain Apple, milo wood, dried passion fruit, dried goji, fresh tobacco, apple banana, licorice root, strawberry papaya, delicate hit of coca nib, blackberry, and allspice

This is a full body coffee that is velvety with a rich creamy texture and a slight rough shark skin finish

This is a medium acidity coffee that has a tart note like of yellow cherry and raw cocoa nib tapering to a delicate sweetness of plumeria and a dry mountain Apple dry finish
