The flavor of this coffee is of tobacco, mushroom, ground beef, backing soda, pickled ginger, hickory, clove, toasted walnut and turmeric

The grounds have the fragrance of malt, barley, rice, hickory, earth, mushrooms, toast, chili pepper, oregano,

The aroma of this coffee is of malt, molasses, tamarind, mushrooms, moss, pumpkin, nori, thyme, juniper berries

The body of this coffee is weak and has no depth or complexity.

This is a medium - high acidity coffee with an ashy over tone

 

The flavors of this coffee are of tobacco, asparagus, tar, malt, AP flour, lamb, char, soy sauce, under ripe persimmon. 

Back notes of cardamom, and rose

 

WAS OVER ROASTED AND HAD SIGNS OF CBB
