The fragrance of the beans are of walnut, oro blanco grapefruit zest, summer savory, black grape jelly, asian pear, orange blossom, honey comb, muddled mint, kaffir lime leaf, sour cream, star anise

The grounds have the fragrance of asparagus, grilled Eureka lemon, cashew butter, pomegranate juice, curry, tobacco, summer savory, oro blanco grapefruit, cumin, pine sap, asian pear 

The aroma is of oak, pine nut, damp soil, honey comb, Asian pear, grilled pineapple, grilled Eureka lemon, magnolia, brown rice, summer savory, and subtle hints of tart red berry

This is a full body coffee that has a well rounded chewy coating that leaves a smooth verity mouth feel 

This is a high acidity coffee that has a sharp forward note that is tart, bright and complex lingering juicy end

 

The flavors of this coffee are of kaffir lime juice, oro blanco grapefruit zest, cashew, asian pear, damp soil, plum, black cherry, honey comb

As it cools the a sweet citrus is more prevalent like of grilled Myer lemon, berry notes like of raspberry, and dark stone fruit and more vibrant

The beans have a fragrance of nougat, butter, honey suckle, prune, rhubarb jam, strawberry, saffron, bottle brush, leather, long pepper, malt, cream, red grape, soil, bergamot and rose hips

The grounds have the fragrance of strawberry rhubarb jam, tobacco, pink lemon, maple syrup, suffer, cinnamon, smoked paprika, burnt sugar, coriander, lemongrass, allspice, and bay leaf

The aroma of turmeric, nougat, allspice, molasses, leather, soil, black tea, summer savory, strawberry, red apple, sage, and Meyer lemon or kumquat

This is a medium to light body coffee that is smooth and juicy but has a tea-like consistency tapering to a watery like cup

This is a high acidity coffee that is unbalanced, tart with a  dense, lingering and dirty cup

The flavors of this coffee are of Eureka lemon, kumquat, cranberry, tart cherry, tomato paste, saffron, white pepper, caramel, clay, feta cheese, iodine.

 

Overall the cup is sour and has a taste of white vinegar.
