The beans have the fragrance of bakers chocolate, cane sugar, malt, earth, fruit like of apricot or yellow nectarine, chamomile, almonds, saffron, spicy note.

The grounds have the fragrance of cherry, cedar, jasmine, hips, hibiscus, caramel, paprika, rosemary, citrus like of lime, dark chocolate,

The aroma of this coffee is of tasted walnuts, green tea, carmel, cherry, banana, sage, olive oil, feta cheese

This is a full body well balanced and complex coffee with acidity forward

This is a high acidity coffee with tart cherry forward

 

The flavors of this coffee are of tart cherry like that of Rainer, dark chocolate, strawberry, lavender, honey, cane sugar, thyme, blood orange, hints of vanilla, 

Back nots of red sea salt, and cumin

The beans have the fragrance of ripe apricot, honey dew mellon, lavender, cream, butter, rice, persimmon, coffee blossom, 

The grounds have the fragrance of milk chocolate, orange peel, white grapefruit, fig, aloe, dried apricot, oregano

The aroma is of hay, wheat, yeast, smoke, earth, bacon, butter, turmeric, and mushroom like of beach. 

This is a medium body coffee with a two note flavor profile and lacking depth.

This is a high acidity coffee with tart notes in front.

 

The flavors of this coffee are of tart grapefruit, cream, turmeric, artichoke, tobacco, ashy notes, hickory, black pepper.

Back note of artichoke very prevalent.
